Bears at Work - Coal Fair Labor Application
Laborer:
Friday, 04/03 (4:00pm-Midnight)
Saturday, 04/04 (8:00am-Midnight)
Sunday, 04/05 (10:00am-Midnight)
Saturday, 04/10 (9:00am-5:00pm)
Job assignments will involve lifting and carrying. Interested students should have the ability to lift 30 lbs. We need 10 students each day. We realize students may need to come and go on Friday as their UPike class schedule permits.
Dress: Jeans, tee shirts, sweat shirts, tennis shoes (Saturday/Sunday we will provide CEDAR tee shirts for our workers.)
Pay Rate: $8.00/hour
Food will be provided.
Judges Assistant:
Monday, 04/06 (11:00am-9:00pm)
We need 4-5 students to work with one of our Judging Teams. We must have students who can commit to be there for the whole time their assigned judging team is completing category judging.
Prefer students who are majoring in the following subject areas: Science, Math, English/Literature, Art, Music, Technology/Multimedia, or Social Studies - or are Education majors.
Dress: Business casual…khakis or slacks, comfortable shoes (no flip flops), may want to bring a light-weight jacket or sweater
Pay Rate: $10.00/hour
Food will be provided.
